I have been trying to request a refund...

I ordered this pendent and once receiving it, it was too small for the necklace I wanted to put it on. Sent a email to try and start the refund process but have not heard anything back yet. I just hope I get a word back before the refund window closes because I don't want to be stuck with this pendant that I can't use. If I'm able to get a refund before the end of the return date policy I will be able to leave a better review and this is just my experience at the current time I'm having. Hoping they can get in contact with me to resolve to situation soon. In the meantime I do thank you for your time have a great day.
